Our Troop Flag Program is a service to the community, as well as a fundraiser to support our scouts’ endeavors. Subscribers to the program will benefit from having the U.S. flag assembled, placed, and retrieved by scouts and leaders at their residence or place of business on six patriotic holidays throughout the year.
The fundraiser goal is to cover national membership fees, troop dues, camping fees, leadership training, and other scout-related expenses that helps in their character development. Potentially, it also allows the troop to acquire essentials such as uniforms, handbooks, and outdoor equipment. Overall, the fundraiser ensures a scout’s ability to reach achievements, awards, and merit badges throughout his scouting career.
It is our goal to show these young men further reaches of outdoor adventure to far off scouting destinations such as (but not limited to) BSA Philmont Scout Ranch (NM), Summit Betchel Reserve (WV), Sea Base (FL), Northern Tier (MN), and National Jamboree.

SUBSCRIPTION SIGN-UP DEADLINES
The deadline is usually 1-2 weeks prior to holiday to ensure routes are covered.
If you subscribe after the deadline, your subscription will include that holiday next year.

This is a flag subscription service, you are not purchasing an actual flag.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Flags will be delivered a few days prior to the holiday and picked up a few days following the holiday.
We do our best to manage around weather, but our first concern is the safety of those delivering the flags.
If it is too dangerous to deliver or pick up the flags there may be a delay or, on a rare occasion, we may have to skip a day.
LAWN INSTALLATION
Depending on your location we will use one of these options to install the flag in your yard:
A small PVC sleeve will be sunk into your yard, level with the ground and out of the way of any lawn service, and a curb marker to make it easy to find the sleeve for each holiday.
OR
We may use a piece of rebar each time we deliver the flag and slide the flagpole over it.
